LIKE IT // LOVE IT: MID-CENTURY

I swear I'm not starting a West Elm versus Living Spaces battle. I love both companies A LOT. One thing I love about Living Spaces is you can find stylish, quality pieces at value prices. It's kind of our mission statement. If you are into the mid-century trend but can't quite afford the pieces available at West Elm, then check out these comparable pieces (in both style and quality) available at Living Spaces.

West Elm + Pinnacle

One of the very best parts of my job (or anyone's job for that matter...) is seeing all my hard work pay off! It takes A LOT to pull of a good interior design from selecting the product to scheduling deliveries to installing the product and styling the space! And then there is all the post-install work...

Finger paints and art projects to experiment with color! Colors opposite on the color wheel work so magically together, don't you think?! This Fall, let's take our elementary color skills and create masterful color palettes! Beautiful, cool tones against the lovely, warm colors of Fall...

Get the Look: Craftsman Office

I love the simplicity and rustic nature of this workspace vignette. I can picture a large window overlooking a lush forest or a lake in the woods. So many warm tones in one place...and yet, it works! The wood against the industrial metal and brass accents is what surprisingly makes this room feel soft. The natural textures in the jute rug and woven basket also bring elements to soften the space.
